Intellectual Property Scholars & Mentors Alliance (IPSMA) is dedicated to expanding access to the intellectual property field by providing mentorship to undergraduate and graduate students. Established in 2025, IPSMA supports students from all backgrounds as they explore careers in the intellectual property field, offering guidance, professional development, and one-on-one mentorship from experienced practitioners and scholars. Through mentorship, and community, IPSMA seeks to empower the next generation of intellectual property professionals and promote a more informed, diverse, and inclusive IP field.
